General Motors is a multinational automotive manufacturing company with headquarters in Detroit, Michigan, United States. It is the largest carmaker in the United States and for 77 years was the world’s largest automaker. However, in 2008, Toyota surpassed General Motors and took over the top spot.
Ford
The Ford Motor Company is a multinational automobile manufacturer with headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. It was founded in 1903 by Henry Ford and is now one of the world’s largest car companies. It sells vehicles under the Ford brand and luxury vehicles under the Lincoln luxury brand.
Honda
Honda automobiles are known for their quality and reliability. The company is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Honda produces several different types of vehicles, including motorcycles, minivans, and luxury cars.
Toyota
The Toyota automobile is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Toyota City, Aichi, Japan. Toyota was founded by Kiichiro Toyoda in 1937, and is one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world, producing over ten million vehicles per year.
Nissan
Nissan automobiles are Japanese automobiles manufactured by the Nissan Motor Company. The company is headquartered in Yokohama, Japan, and sells vehicles under the Nissan, Infiniti, and Datsun brands. It also produces performance tuning products under the Nismo name.
